Cecchi Chianti 2003 (Italy)
Price - $7.00 Size - 750 mL- Tasted at home with my wife's parents in Colorado Springs on May 9, 2005.
Lightly fruity nose, gets better with aeration. It has somewhat thin, quick running legs (12.5% alcohol). Has grapey flavors with a tart edge. The flavors are not especially deep. It has a dry and clean finish of medium length. It's what you would expect if you are drinking Chianti. Very drinkable. Don't know where it's available, my father in law brought it back from a recent trip to Italy, they do have a website, Cecchi.net. Grade: B
