Interview With Etienne Hugel of Alsace

Terroir France interviews Etienne Hugel, one of the most influential and famous of the Alsace winemakers. He's 12^th generation running the Hugel Winery. Alsace is one of the least well known French wine regions, but important and exciting nonetheless. This is a must read, it's very good and interesting information. An interesting contrast would be German Riesling against Alsace Riesling. I would do a tasting like that at home if anyone is interested.
