I posted some thoughts I had before the tasting, and thoughts I had after the tasting.

This wine made from chardonnay grapes has a light coloring with quick running legs. It has a citrusy nose. Flavors of minerals and light citrus fruit combine with nice acidity. Has a clean taste and is light bodied, with little or no hint of oak. Medium length clean finish. This would pair very easily with white meats as neither would be overpowering.
