Golden, bubbly and somewhat thin. The wine has a melon and grapefruit nose with a hint of minerals. The wine is sweet while maintaining a little dryness. It has a little crispness, with nice acidity but not quite enough. The finish is somewhat short and gets a little bit sour at the end.
