This wine is inky dark with heavy, slow legs and with a heavy nose. Deep blackberry flavors with low tannic acid. It is smooth and rounded as well with good dryness. The finish drops off quickly which keeps it from getting a better grade. This wine would stand up to big red meats. Being 7 years old already it is probably close to or already at its peak.
