This Pinot Noir is light red with heavy legs. Earth and juice on the nose. Pepper, earth and mushroom flavors. Earthy, complex and deep with nice acid and good dryness. Has a medium finish. Would do well with salmon. For more information see Joseph Drouhin's website. Grade: A
